The Security Open Architecture Platform was developed by Rockport Software as a service to airports. The portal allows airports to learn more about Security Open Architecture. Airport participation is entirely voluntary.

Rockport Software has developed and controls the Application Programming Interface Portal ("the Security Open Architecture Platform") that enables airports to share their information using this online portal.
